When placing orders of any type, it periodically knocks out the error indicated in the screenshot and fails to place an order

I have a suggestion for you, delete all Primex test networks in Metamask and reconnect your wallet to the Primex network. 
You will get updated RPCs and maybe this will eliminate the errors. 
Let me know your result.
